Casa Escoria, Bedar, Almeria
Our beautiful villa - a true home from home
Bedar village is situated in the south west of Spain, in Andalucia, set in a rural area, with three lively bars, four typically Spanish restaurants, a chemist, a bank, and local shops.
Casa Escoria a stunning villa designed by the present owner, rests on the outskirts of the village, a short drive or a 15 minute walk. It is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful and unspoilt rural area of Spain, including Granada, Almeria and Murcia.
This lovely, spacious Spanish villa has privacy, stunning views and is only a short drive from the beaches and nightlife at the coast.
Casa Escoria comprises the main villa and a self contained annex, which together sleeps up to seven people. The villa faces south, with beautiful views to the coast and mountain ranges. The sun can be enjoyed all day from the terraces or beside the private swimming pool.
There is a large enclosed, shady terrace adjoining the swimming pool, which is ideal for relaxing and dining all year round. The villa is set in ¾ acre, beside an olive grove, with ample parking and easy access.
The gentle breezes enable comfortable living even during the height of summer, whilst full gas central heating and wood burners ensure warm winter breaks.
The villa is accessible from airports at Almeria or Murcia, which are served by the many of the main UK and European airports.
Nearby is the picturesque town of Mojacar, perched high on top of a hill with it's quaint, winding streets, alley ways, artists studios and roof top restaurants with stunning views of the mountains and beyond.
Vera and Garrucha are large, popular towns on the coast about 15 minutes drive, with many amenities, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and regular large outdoor markets.
